Adorable Sacred Heart of Jesus, which so greatly loved men and has not spared anything for them, unite with the Immaculate Heart of Your loving Mother, so full of merciful love, and together be my help, my comfort and my salvation. Amen.

The Chaplet of the Two HeartsThere are 20 beads in 5 sets, each consisting of 1 Our Father and 3 Hail Mary's. 
These are the meditations for the five sets:1. In honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
2. In honor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
3. The Passion of Our Lord.
4. The Sorrows of Mary.
5. In atonement to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. 
At the end on the medal say the prayer to the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary: 

O United Hearts of Jesus and Mary, Thou art all grace, all mercy, all love. Let my heart be joined to Thine, so that my every need is present in Thine United Hearts. Most especially, shed Thy grace upon this particular need [mention it]. Help me to recognize and accept Thy loving will in my life. Amen.

We ask this of Thee through the same Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Dedication to Jesus and Mary

O Incarnate Word, Thou hast given Thy Blood and Thy Life to confer on our prayers that power by which, according to Thy promise, they obtain for us all that we ask. And we, O God, are so careless of our salvation, that we will not even ask Thee for the graces that we must have if we should be saved! In prayer Thou hast given us the key of all Thy Divine treasures; and we, rather than pray, choose to remain in our misery. Alas! O Lord, enlighten us, and make us know the value of prayers, offered in Thy name and by Thy merits, in the eyes of Thy Eternal Father. I consecrate to Thee this my book; bless it, and grant that all those into whose hands it falls may have the will to pray always, and may exert themselves to stir up others also to avail themselves of this great means of salvation.

To thee also do I recommend my little work, O Mary, great Mother of God: patronize it, and obtain for all who read it the spirit of prayer, and of continual recourse in all their necessities to thy Son, and to thee, who art the Dispenser of graces, the Mother of mercy, and who never leavest unsatisfied him who recommends himself to thee, O mighty Virgin, but obtainest from God for thy servants whatever thou askest. Amen.

Consecration to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart

Most Sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before You. We are Yours and Yours we wish to be; but to be more surely united with You, consecrate ourselves today to Your Most Sacred Heart. Many indeed have never known You; many, too, despising Your precepts have rejected You. Have mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Your Sacred Heart. Be King, O Lord not only of the faithful who have never forsaken You, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned You. Grant that they may quickly return to their Father's house lest they die of wretchedness and hunger. Be King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbour of truth and unity of faith, so that soon there may be one flock and one Shepherd. Grant, O Lord, to your Church, assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give peace and order to all nations, and make the earth resound from pole to pole, with one cry: Praise to the Divine Heart that wrought our salvation; to Him be glory and honour forever. Amen.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, and tender Mother of men, to fulfill the desires of the Sacred Heart and request of the Vicar of Your Son on earth we consecrate ourselves and our families to Your Immaculate Heart and recommend to You all the families of the world. Please accept our consecration, dearest Mother and use us and all the families to accomplish Your designs upon the world. O Immaculate Heart of Mary Queen of heaven and earth, and of our families rule over us, together with the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, our King. Save us from the spreading flood of modern paganism kindle in our hearts and homes, the love of purity the practice of the Christian life and an ardent zeal for souls and for the holiness of family life. We come with confidence to You, O Throne of Grace and Mother of Fair Love. Inflame us with the same divine fire which has inflamed Your own Immaculate Heart. Make our hearts and homes Your shrine and through us make the Heart of Jesus rule and triumph in every family in the world. To the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary be honour and glory forever and ever! Amen.

Consecration of the Family to the
Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary

(done traditionally on the Feast of the Holy Family)

Most Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, united in perfect love, as You look upon us with mercy and caring, we consecrate our hearts, our lives, our family to You.  We know the beautiful example of your home in Nazareth was meant to be a model for each of our families.  We hope to have, with your help, the unity and strong, enduring love You gave to one another.

May our home be filled with joy.  May sincere affection, patience, tolerance and mutual respect be freely given to all.  May our prayers be filled with the needs of others, not just ourselves and may we always be close to your sacraments.  Bless those who are present, as well as those who are absent, both the living and the dead;  may peace be among us and when we are tested, grant us the Christian acceptance of God's will.

Keep our family close to Your Hearts, may your special protection be with us always.  Most Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, hear our prayers.  

Prayer for the Entrustment of the Family

Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, I come to you to entrust myself, my entire family, and my parish family to your two hearts. I desire to renew the vows of my baptism and place each member of my family through an act of faith, hope and love into loving union with the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph.

I dedicate myself, each member of my family, and my parish family to the Guardian Angels God has given each one of us. O Holy Guardian Angels, enlighten, guide and protect each one so as to lead us safely home to heaven. At Fatima, dear Mother of God, you appeared with St. Joseph and the Child Jesus blessing the world.

O Holy Family, bestow blessings upon me, my entire family, and my parish family so that we may live the Christ - life. I desire that each member of my family, and my parish family adore always the Most Blessed Trinity and love our God in the most Blessed Sacrament.

Grant peace to each member of my family, and my parish family. Keep each one in the grace of Jesus Christ. Never permit any of my family, or my parish family to stray from the true faith. (For any family member, or parish family member, who has strayed, I beseech you to bind up the wounds, lift up the fallen, restore and keep each of our loved ones in grace. Bid them come back to their Father's true home.) Amen.

An Offering of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary

O Jesus, only Son of God, only Son of Mary, I offer Thee the most loving Heart of Thy divine Mother which is more precious and pleasing to Thee than all hearts.

O Mary, Mother of Jesus, I offer Thee the most adorable Heart of Thy well-beloved Son, who is the life and love and joy of Thy Heart.

Blessed be the Most Loving Heart and Sweet Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the most glorious Virgin Mary, His Mother, in eternity and forever. Amen.

Daily Offering

Beloved Hearts of Jesus and Mary, I offer to You all that I am and all that I may do this day, praying it may be worthy of Your love and pleasing to You. May my words be only sincere and wise, my work honest and true, and my thoughts ever kind and merciful.

Let me listen with my heart as You do, and readily give my help to all in need. I give You my joys and accept any trial that may come knowing You are near and will draw me closer to Your loving Hearts. Divine Heart of Jesus, Loving Heart of Mary, be with me always.
